What you are buying

Instawritr is a one-time software purchase: a private license to use the Instawritr harness (the “Software”) to generate novels, covers, EPUBs and audiobooks on your own machine with your own AI keys. Purchases are made through Whop; access is delivered as an invitation to a private GitHub repository.

License

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Software and use its output.
• Your output is yours. Personal and commercial use of the novels, covers, EPUBs and audiobooks you generate is unrestricted and royalty-free.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Software (the harness code, agents or skills) itself.

Bring your own key

The Software requires your own AI model access (for example a Google Gemini key) or a local model. You are responsible for any fees charged by your model provider and for complying with that provider’s terms and any applicable store AI-disclosure requirements.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund. If Instawritr is not right for you, contact us or use Whop’s refund flow within 14 days of purchase.

No warranty

The Software is provided “as is.” Output quality depends on the model you bring, your inputs and third-party stores. We do not guarantee acceptance by any store, sales, or specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it.
