Local-first by design

The Instawritr harness runs entirely on your own machine using your own AI keys. Your synopses, manuscripts, covers, audiobooks and model API keys are never sent to us. We do not host, store or process your creative work.

Information we collect

• Purchase data. When you buy Instawritr, checkout and payment are handled by Whop. We receive the order details Whop shares with sellers (such as your email and the GitHub username you provide for repository access). Payment card details are handled by Whop and its processors — we never see them.
• Website analytics. This marketing site is a static page. If we enable privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics, they contain no personally identifying profile of you.
• Support messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and email so we can reply.

How we use it

Solely to deliver your purchase (grant repository access), provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

• Whop — checkout, payments and license management.
• GitHub — delivery of the harness repository you purchased.

Your use of the AI models you bring (for example Google Gemini) is governed by those providers’ own policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited personal data we hold. Email us at hello@instawritr.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
